Wrapped rigid boxes that keep their shape
A custom rigid box manufacturer builds structure first: greyboard caliper, wrap, lid gap and insert. We make lift-off lids, book-style boxes, magnetic closures and ribbon-pull sets that still look square after shipping.

Board, wrap and inserts
We wrap high-density greyboard with printed, textured or specialty papers. Inserts can be paper-wrapped wells, EVA, foam or flocked trays so the product does not move.
Full-wrap print, foil and edge painting
Print can wrap every face. Hot foil, embossing, debossing and edge painting finish the lid and base. We sign off corners and magnet strength on the sample because rigid boxes are handled in retail light.
Sampling, OEM and quality control
Send inner dimensions, product weight, quantity and artwork. We sample lid fit and insert, then produce under one factory quality system with export packing.
