Paper, board and material choices
Luxury perfume packaging starts with the board. We wrap high-density greyboard for rigid boxes, and specify art paper, textured wrap or specialty stocks for the outer skin. Where your ESG brief requires it, FSC-certified papers are available.
Inner materials are chosen for bottle safety: die-cut paperboard, flocked trays, EVA or foam inserts, and satin or ribbon ties. We balance a quiet unboxing feel with the drop strength needed for export cartons.
Hot foil, embossing and other finishing
Fragrance brands live on first touch. We apply hot foil stamping (gold, silver and custom colours), embossing and debossing, soft-touch lamination, spot UV and precise window cutting so the bottle or logo is the first thing the customer sees.
Finishes are proofed on a physical sample before mass production, so colour, foil registration and coating feel match the approved standard — not only a digital mock-up.
Bottle inserts that actually hold the glass
A perfume box fails if the bottle rattles. We engineer inserts around your bottle drawing or a physical sample: neck collars, base wells, dual cavities for 30 ml + 50 ml, and space for a booklet or tester.
Inserts can be paper-wrapped, flocked or foam-cut. We check fit on the sample so production cartons pack consistently for air and sea freight.
Sampling, OEM and ODM
Most perfume programmes start with a structural sample, then a printed proof. We work OEM from your dieline and artwork, or ODM when you need us to propose a structure from the bottle and brand direction.
Flexible MOQs support launches and seasonal sets. You approve fit and finish before we cut mass-production tooling.
Factory production and quality control
Print, foil, wrapping, insert assembly and pack-out happen in our factory under one quality system. In-line checks and final inspection follow ISO 9001 process control, with export packing, labelling and documentation for overseas shipment.
