Materials and inner trays
Outer boards range from folding carton stocks to wrapped greyboard. Inner trays can be paper-wrapped, flocked or thermoformed so bottles and compacts sit without scuffing the print.
FSC papers are available when your beauty retailer or ESG brief requires documented fibre.
Metallic inks, soft-touch and foil
Beauty packaging is judged in bright light. We apply metallic inks, soft-touch coating, hot foil, embossing and spot UV so the logo and product name stay sharp after handling.
Sampling, OEM and factory production
Send product size, quantity, artwork and whether you need a carton, rigid set or sleeve. We sample for fit, then print OEM to your files or propose an ODM structure from the bottle and brand direction.
Mass production includes in-line checks, final inspection and export packing under ISO 9001 process control.
